Our Story

  Hi, I’m Juliette, the founder and owner of Party at the Barn.
Want to know how it all began?

A few years ago, my husband Ted, our three kids, and I decided to move to Ohio to be closer to family. We bought a home with some land…and a barn.

Because we’ve always loved animals, we started with a few.
Then a few more.
And then… well, you can probably guess what happened next. 🐐🐰🐥

Along the way, we learned so much, how to care for them, what they love to eat, how to keep them healthy and happy, and yes, how to clean up after them too.

Before long, family and friends (and friends of friends) were constantly asking to come visit the farm. That’s when it clicked: why not share this experience with others?

What started as a family dream grew into Party at the Barn, a place where we now get to share our love for animals, our knowledge, and our farm with families from all over.

Every visit, party, and event is rooted in that same joy we felt when it all began, welcoming people in and creating unforgettable memories, one animal snuggle at a time. 💛

Party at the Barn is where birthday parties escape cookie-cutter party spots and go full-on farm magic. 

We’re a private, storybook-style petting zoo and event space where kids don’t just see animals, they meet them, feed them, learn their names, and briefly decide this is the best day of their life.
